BEFORE YOU ORDER

Delivery & collection

Initial delivery charge R150. Additional costs may apply based on location, size and weight. CM Beauty will confirm any balance before dispatch and will obtain your agreement before collecting it. If you decline the extra shipping cost, you may cancel for a full refund. Extra charges are never taken automatically.

How ordering works

You pay for your order at checkout: the products plus the initial delivery charge of R150,00, or nothing for delivery if you choose collection. Your order will be processed after payment. We’ll confirm expected dispatch date.

Additional delivery costs

Some parcels cost more to send because of the destination, size or weight — for example heavy or bulky items such as 20 L detergents or 20 kg pine gel, several containers, or remote addresses. If that applies, CM Beauty will tell you the balance before dispatch. We only collect it if you agree. If you do not agree, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of everything you paid, including the initial delivery charge. Extra charges are never taken automatically.

Collection

Collection is free and by arrangement only, from 3982 Karl Marx Crescent, Tembisa, 1632. We will contact you to arrange a collection time.

Dispatch and transit

We will confirm your expected dispatch date after payment. Courier transit times are estimates; we will keep you informed of any delay, and if your order is delayed you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund of what you paid for the affected items.

Need a delivery quote first?

For bulk, heavy or remote orders you can request a quote at checkout instead of paying straight away. We will confirm the delivery cost and total before you pay.

Delivery coverage and timelines are provisional and will be confirmed by CM Beauty.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayFast. Returning from the payment page does not confirm payment; only PayFast’s verified payment notification does.
